Lead public agency (LPA) agreements with suppliers are in effect and available through the contract’s approved term.
The pricing for this contract is a Percentage Discount from Catalog/Category. A 41% discount taken from the published Safeware Catalog Price will be applied across all product categories in this contract, and a 10% discount will be applied to all services and training. (Reference paragraph 8.1 of Master Agreement, Addendum C – Contractor’s Proposal submitted March 21, 2024.)

Initial award from July 1, 2024 for Initial Term of four (4) years with option to renew this Agreement for three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods (Renewal Terms). Agreement shall terminate absolutely on June 30, 2031.
